Senior Dietitian

Description Assessment of medical nutrition therapy needs based upon the patient's medical diagnosis, laboratory values, anthropometric measures, medications, age-specific requirements, and other co-morbidity factors identified by the Registered Dietitian or other members of the health care team. Development, implementation, and management of an individualized, interdisciplinary team plan of care designed to achieve maximum nutrition support.
