Automation Test Architect

Location: Cottage Grove -MN

Required Skills

Must be BTech/Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related fields.

14+ years of experience in software testing and test automation, with at least 5+ years in an Architect role

Expertise in various automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Robot Framework).

Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).

Experience in leading QA transformation initiatives at enterprise level

Proven track record of driving technology outcomes for large QA programs

Ability to drive QA strategy for digital and enterprise applications

Experience in driving Business development and Solutioning

Exposure to multiple technology track like Automation testing, Service Virtualization, AI for QA, Test data management and Cloud

Should be able to assess the technical landscape and should be able to prose an End-to-End automation / technical roadmap

Roles and Responsibilities

* Perform E2E technology architect for QA projects

* Design and lead QA transformation initiatives at enterprise level

* Lead technology / automation team as well as research in new area like Cloud and AI

* Build capability for newer offering in QA technology space

* Provide thought leadership through innovation and whitepaper

* Help on innovative governance and operating model

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 04/21/2025

The annual salary for this position is between $[100,890 - $162,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
