Job Title: Bridge Foreman

Location: Regional Travel

Position Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Bridge Foreman to oversee bridge construction and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with bridge projects, box culverts, and retaining walls, and will be responsible for leading a team to ensure high-quality and timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Supervision: Manage daily operations on site for bridge construction and maintenance projects.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews and subcontractors.
• Quality Control: Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards.
• Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Communication: Liaise with project managers and engineers to provide updates and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in bridge construction or maintenance, including box culverts and retaining walls.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with construction methods, blueprints, and safety regulations.
• Certifications: Relevant safety and construction certifications preferred.
