Title: Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
Possible Hours: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm; 9:00am – 6:00 pm
Pay: Negotiable

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's speech and language skills.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
Provide direct therapy services to children in various settings.
Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to support the child's communication development.
Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Educate families and caregivers on techniques to support language development at home.
Stay current with best practices and advancements in speech-language pathology.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Minimum 2 years of Pediatric Therapy
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Virginia.
Experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities, is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
