Job Description:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Develop personalized treatment plans to address individual patient needs.
- Implement therapy sessions to help patients improve speech and communication skills.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Adhere to all credentialing requirements, including background checks and health screenings.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in therapy.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
