Before and after discharge, makes referrals for services to address areas of continuing need. Position requires knowledge of available community-based services and how to access them using various funding sources, including, but not limited to, the Child Services Act (CSA) and the DJJs regional service coordinators. Follows policies and procedural guidelines set by the agency and the state through Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ).
