Technician Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative
Bud’s Plumbing is looking for an organized, efficient Technician Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative with an eye for detail and a high level of accuracy. The Technician Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative should be professional and courteous, a skilled multi-tasker with excellent time management, computer, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move and generating revenue.
  • Get to know your technician’s, likes and dislikes, closing ratios, licenses, communication skills, and more to help them be successful.
  • Conduct service-related, follow-up calls to check in on past customers and assess their current needs.
  • Answer incoming calls, as the initial point of contact
  • Using a company-prepared script, answer our customers’ questions and guide them to the best service solution for their home
  • Provide a sense of calm and exhibit empathy for customers, so they feel comfortable
  • Efficient and accurate data entry
  • Help the field team by taking detailed notes for service calls and entering them into our system.
  • Contribute to our company’s culture by being upbeat and hard-working

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma/GED is required
  • Self-starter, reliable, flexible with hours
  • High level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Courteous, professional manner, strong customer service skills
  • Computer literacy and strong typing skills
  • Excellent multitasking and follow-up skills, with high attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a professional and technical level
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Critical Thinking Skills
  • Bilingual a plus, not required
