Description Schedule: Mon-Fri, Day shift Coverage area: Seattle-MLK area The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for OT evaluations and development and implementation of the OT plan of care in accordance with PACE policies. The OT is a member of the Interdisciplinary Team and responsible to communicate and coordinate care with the team as well as multiple outside providers, caregivers and family members.
