Description Registered Nurse Supervisor 3PM-11PM No Weekends and Huge Sign-On Bonus STARTING RATE: $36.00/hr. ($36.00 - $40.00/hr. depending on experience) SHIFT: Full-Time, 3 pm - 11 pm, Monday through Friday No Weekends SIGN ON BONUS: Up to $7,500 for the evening shift (3 pm-11 pm) BENEFITS: Weekly Paychecks Same-Day Pay Options Health, Dental, Life Insurance Referral Bonus up to $500/referral No-Frills Pay Options Retirement/401k Clinically Complex Positions Flexible Schedules JOB DESCRIPTION: An RN Supervisor works closely with RNs and LPNs to ensure the best possible functions of assigned units and supervise unit employees. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists the Director of Nursing in directing, coordinating, and supervising the Nursing Services Department. Scheduling and assigning nursing staff as needed for the department Responsible for maintaining the standards of nursing care and practices within the facility to meet the needs of our residents and their families Support nursing staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed at all times while also making suggestions for improvements Provides information to Residents and health care team. Maintains documentation of Resident care services. Performs other position-related duties as assigned, depending on the assignment setting. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 18 years of age Registered Nurse, RN, licensure Experience in long-term care facility preferred Able to interpret patient information and make critical decisions about necessary actions Ability to supervise and work well with and show respect toward other healthcare personnel (i.e., CNAs, LPNs, physicians, etc.), residents, and their family members Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to follow written and verbal instructions Able to perform tasks while upholding high standards of quality, cleanliness, and kindness Physical endurance for frequent activity; ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds ABOUT US: The McGuire Group is a portfolio of six health care facilities in New York state including: Autumn View Health Care Facility in Hamburg; Brookhaven Health Care Facility in East Patchogue; Garden Gate Health Care Facility in Cheektowaga; Harris Hill Nursing Facility in Williamsville; Northgate Health Care Facility in North Tonawanda and Seneca Health Care Center in West Seneca.
