MLR is partnering with a well-established healthcare network in western Massachusetts to find a dedicated Physical Therapist to join their team.'
Location Benefits:

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy with Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Epic experience needed.
- Must have OASIS documentation abilities.
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus.
- Up-to $30,000 Student Loan Reimbursement, rolled out over 3-year period.
