Mass Pediatric ABA is looking for a Behavior Therapist to join our growing team in the Greater Lowell, Chelmsford, Westford, Tewksbury, and surrounding areas. The pay ranges from $22-$30 an hour and you must be 18 years or older to apply. We welcome you to our team, whether you are new to the field or a seasoned professional. We are offering a SIGN ON BONUS of $150 for all employees who are hired and have worked for at least 3 months Some benefits of working with Mass Pediatric ABA include:

Our Behavior Therapist will:

Provide direct behavioral services to clients in their home

Run individualized programs with clients using the principles of Behavior Analysis

Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans

Write daily session notes and collect data using programs such as, Google Docs or behavioral software (e.g., Theralytics).

Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients

Continue with professional development and ABA knowledge by attending educational workshops

Protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise

Our Behavior Therapist's have:

A high school and/or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (psychology, education, etc)

Experience working with children and/or adolescents, in any capacity (babysitting, nannying, after-school programs, volunteering) for at least 1 year.

Flexibility to work weekday afternoons and evenings. Weekend sessions are not required, but are available upon request

Pass a CORI background check

Strong communication skills

Ability to work closely with other professionals

Competent computer skills

Access to reliable transportation

Availability to work 10 - 30 hours per week
