Job Summary

Agent Pipeline, an integrity company, is actively seeking Contract Support Specialists. The role involves supporting our agents, agencies, carrier partners, and internal staff throughout the onboarding process. The specialist will answer queries and provide assistance related to contracting, status checks, and carrier portals.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Document and manage incoming agent contracts, adhering to the appropriate workflow for the contracting process.
  • Prepare contracts for submission, including data scrubbing and collection of missing information.
  • Proactively reach out to agents to retrieve missing items necessary for the onboarding process.
  • Send contracting links accurately and promptly.
  • Process contracts through carrier portals.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on agent contracting, providing assistance to others as needed.
  • Maintain transparent communication through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and regular interpersonal communication.
  • Document discussions, messages, and actions taken to process requests.
  • Complete all assigned tasks accurately and within the provided timeframe, communicating with leadership if issues arise.
  • Provide outstanding customer support and embrace opportunities for learning and continuous improvement.

  • Initiative, with the willingness to undertake self-development activities and seek increased responsibilities.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Knowledge of Internet software, Excel Spreadsheet software, and Microsoft Word Processing software.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours during peak times and pass monthly OIG and SAM Exclusion List checks.
