Palliative Care Registered Nurse (RN)

Agape Care Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our palliative care team. This position involves providing after-hours hospice care to patients and families, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for patients and communicate with the hospice care team
  • Provide compassionate care and support to patients and families
  • Work collaboratively with the 24/7 RN staffed Triage Department
  • Access professional development opportunities and career advancement

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state RN license
