Position Overview: The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dental office, ensuring that our team delivers excellent patient care and that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for dentistry, and the ability to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the dental office team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

Ensure exceptional patient care and customer service by maintaining high standards of practice and fostering a patient-centric environment.

Oversee the daily operations of the office, including patient scheduling, billing, and inventory management.

Implement and monitor office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Facilitate communication between dental staff, administrative staff, and patients to ensure seamless operations.

Address and resolve patient concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Assist with marketing and community outreach efforts to promote the practice and attract new patients.

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a dental office, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Strong understanding of dental office operations, including scheduling, billing, and insurance processing.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Proficient in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.

A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.

Skillset:

3 years dental experience (required)

Supervisory or leadership role of a minimum of 2 years (required)

Radiology License (preferred)

Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (preferred)
