The Maintenance Associate will ensure that all areas of the hotel property are in good condition and in running order. • Basic building, plumbing and HVAC repairs • Clean and maintain the building, grounds & parking lot • Clean and maintain the pool spa and pool area according to hotel standards, including the testing and maintenance of pool chemicals • Empty and clean garbage cans, when needed • Maintain an active preventative maintenance (pm) program, as prescribed by hotel • Inventory of supplies and parts used for repairs and preventative maintenance (PM) • Follows all policies & procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook • Move furniture/assist housekeeping • Use common tools for simple repairs as assigned • Submit orders as need to GM fort order/purchase for repairs/maintenance • Read and comprehend emergency and security information including labels and directions • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision • Performs all other duties as may be assigned.
