An ideal candidate will have:
- AOBEM or ABEM board certified or board eligible within 5 years of residency or board certified IM or FM with ED experience
- Three to five years of leadership experience managing physicians preferred
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Ability to work well with a variety of personalities and communication styles
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Computer and EMR proficient
- Works well in a team environment
