Job Description ESSENTIAL Duties and Responsibilities: Resolves software and hardware problems for users in a timely manner Must be capable of making minor repairs to computers, printers and scanners Assist with Software installation and maintenance of PC, Printers, RF equipment, Thermal Printers. Maintains a hardware and software inventory/support for computers, monitors, printers, scanners, copiers and fax machines Provide Help Desk support to end-users Performs installation of desktop application software and hardware: maintains databases or ability to modifies existing ones. Ability to create documentation and provide training to users Develops spreadsheets and reports when requested. Maintains software licenses and contracts Assist in securing internal network and facility (networking and surveillance) Assess and periodically review the effectiveness of current operating systems.
