We are actively seeking an Operations Guru that will help us run at lightspeed by removing barriers that impact our daily operations. This role's responsibilities will include accounting and billing oversight, payroll, corporate filings and systems and operational projects across the spectrum. Working cross functionally and reporting to the Founder, you will serve as a business partner in helping us accomplish our goals and continue our exponential growth. Our growth has been acknowledged as 2021 Denver Start Up of the Year, 2023 DBJ Fast50 and the Inc5000 as one of the fastest growing companies in the country and our business is set to expand 5x. Your goal will be to facilitate that growth by improving on our current process and procedures and implementing new strategies where needed.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Five years of proven operational experience
  • Ideal candidate would have some accounting or financial experience
  • Experience with system conversion or implementation
  • Computer skills are an obvious essential
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Accounting and Finance: billing, AR and Payroll
  • Legal: maintain legal documents, contracts and corporate filing requirements
  • Physical Space: rental agreements, infrastructure maintenance, office services and supplies
  • Human Resources: administer the internal employee lifecycle: onboarding, benefits, administration, Support recruitment process as needed and offboarding
  • Technical: serve as SME and Admin for our technical stack: Office, Bullhorn, Ring Central, TenFold, and ZoomInfo
  • Conduct and respond to audit, inquiry and reporting requests, etc.
