Progressively responsible position performing technical work designing, programming, configuring, and customizing web-based applications. Provides customer support in the use of applications. Elicits and documents business processes and user requirements. Analyzes and summarizes complex data sets to support business processes. Day travel throughout the county as needed is required. Headquarters are subject to change based on the needs of the Court. Examples of some of the illustrative duties: Determines project resource requirements. Analyzes cost statistics and prepares economic comparisons of alternative methods. Designs and implements enterprise applications, ensuring compliance with established standards. Creates specifications for coding, testing, and implementation tasks. Reviews program code to ensure compliance with established standards. Coordinates implementation of new or modified court applications. Identifies opportunities to modify or improve existing systems and workflows. Creates and maintains technical and non-technical user documentation, help files, and training materials. Conducts user training sessions
