Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Enrollment Success: Exceed individual and campus enrollment goals by engaging prospective students and guiding them through the admissions process, ensuring each student finds the right fit at Bryant & Stratton College.

  • Relationship Building: Develop meaningful connections with prospective students, ensuring continuous communication and support. Your ability to foster relationships is key to both student and college success.

  • Stewardship of Paid Opportunities: Maximize paid enrollment opportunities through proactive outreach and efficient use of the CRM system, ensuring prospective students remain engaged and committed.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: As a brand ambassador, embody and communicate the values of Bryant & Stratton College. Your ability to generate referral leads and enrollments will positively influence the College's reputation.

  • Student Support: Deliver exceptional service, assisting students with necessary documentation, including financial aid forms, to meet enrollment deadlines.

  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess and improve performance metrics to meet and exceed enrollment targets.

  • Compliance and Professional Development: Adhere to institutional policies and regulations, while actively seeking opportunities for training and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or admissions, with a proven track record of goal achievement.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

  • Organizational and time-management capabilities

  • Problem-solving mindset

Physical & Technical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or move objects up to 10 pounds.

  • Proficiency with computer technology and equipment.
