Job Description:

  • Coverage 8/1/23-2/2/24
  • Schedule: 4 days office/1 day surgery; 8 hour days
  • Call schedule: 7 days/month which includes one weekend
  • Average Number of Cases Per Day - 5 per week
  • Average Number of Patients per Day - 20
  • EMR - Expanse
  • Support Staff - 2 PA's, 2 Audiologists, 6 CMA's 5 clinical support reps
  • 80 office based/20% hospital -(surgery)
  • Credentialing timeframe - 3 months

Requirements:

  • Board certified - Required
  • MA License - Required
  • COVID Vaccinated - Required

Rates:

$2400 hr 24 call 8hrs Gratis

$300 Regular Rate

$300 Overtime rate
