  • Keep internal networks (Load balancers, DNS, Domain Names, SSL Certificates, Client vCenter/vSphere, ESXi, Client Operating stack, Active Directory, Windows Servers, Linux, good working knowledge on the Storage Area Network (SAN - Dell/EClient/Client/Tegile), Phone System, Office 365, and ToClientat/Apace web servers) operational
  • Work collaboratively with operations and engineering in new system design, process improvement, and resolving complex technical problems.
  • Perform backup, file replications and script management for servers.
  • Recommend upgrades, patches, and new applications & equipment.
  • Own problem resolution, facilitate discussions and provide status updates during critical situation outages.
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of Data Center infrastructure problems.
  • Participate in problem management and root cause analysis Update and maintain Data Center processes, change management, daily operations, outage and emergency processes
  • The candidate should be okay for occasional after-hours, weekend support/maintenance activity for Lab/Prod environments
  • Possess good knowledge and understanding of Networking concepts
  • Possess experience in monitoring tools such a Nagios, etc
