This position can be filled as a Platform Administrator, Platform Engineer, or a Senior Platform Engineer based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.

  • Contribute: You will have a significant impact on your team and the broader Technology & Infrastructure Services organization by leading projects and initiatives that advance our ability to deliver software and services to our internal customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Design, build, and manage infrastructure resources in cloud and co-located data centers using infrastructure as code.

    • Design, build, and manage orchestration flows/pipelines that stitch together disparate automated tasks to deliver infrastructure solutions.

    • Design, build, and manage automated compute provisioning processes for both Windows and Linux operating systems in multiple data centers. This includes traditional Virtual Machines, Auto Scaled EC2 instances, and containerized workloads.

    • Understand coding concepts and have familiarity with PowerShell and/or Python.

    • Ensure adherence to vulnerability management standards across multiple operating systems.

    • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex infrastructure problems impacting performance and availability.

    • Leverage popular configuration management tooling to enforce operating system standards.

    • Conduct POCs and demonstrate functionality to a broad audience.

    • Ask questions, challenge status quo, and approach new experiences with an open mind.

    • Participate in an oncall rotation and provide off hours support when necessary.

  • What it Takes:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience

    • 2 or more years' experience preferred.
