Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician for our 2nd shift. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as pneumatic tools, motors, conveyor systems, and production machines.
  • Test equipment using hand and power tools and precision-measuring instruments.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and may service minor electrical equipment.
  • Identify opportunities for waste reduction, downtime analysis, and process improvements.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines in performing all job functions and duties.
  • Guide and lead a team of technical operators.
What You'll Need To Succeed:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent and completion of a formal apprenticeship or equivalent (REQUIRED).
  • 3+ years of experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
