General Assembler
Location: Simi Valley, CA
Pay Range:$23 hr
Position: Full-Time Temp to Hire, 2nd Shift

Key Responsibilities for General Assembler
  • Mark parts using electro etch, laser etch.
  • Assemble simple and complex components.
  • Set up and operate machines as needed.
  • Conduct visual inspections of assembled parts.
  • Package parts for shipping or storage.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements for General Assembler
  • Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
  • Strong team player with good communication skills.
  • Follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
  • Work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to lift 15-20 pounds regularly.
  • Sit or stand for 1-2 hour intervals.
  • Maintain positive communication with team and management.
