Our clients are individuals striving to maintain independence and dignity in their own homes. Your work will empower them to live safely and comfortably, despite health challenges such as:

  • Alzheimer’s and Dementia: Provide memory care and create moments of joy for individuals navigating cognitive challenges.
  • Parkinson’s Disease: Support mobility and daily routines with patience and understanding.
  • Chronic Health Conditions: Assist those managing heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, and other ongoing health concerns.
  • Veterans Affairs Clients: Serve those who have served us, ensuring they receive the care and respect they deserve.

Through your care, you’ll foster independence, dignity, and peace of mind for clients and their families.

Your Responsibilities

As a caregiver, you’ll assist with daily tasks and engage with clients in ways that improve their quality of life. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Personal Hygiene: Help clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing to ensure comfort and confidence.
  • Mobility Assistance: Safely assist clients with walking, transfers, and repositioning to prevent falls.
  • Toileting Support: Provide dignified assistance with restroom needs or incontinence care.
  • Mealtime Assistance: Support feeding as needed, ensuring clients enjoy nutritious meals.
Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)
  • Meal Preparation: Cook delicious, nutritious meals while respecting dietary needs.
  • Light Cleaning: Maintain a clean, safe living space through light housekeeping.
  • Errands and Transportation: Drive clients to appointments, run errands, or accompany them on outings.
  • Medication Reminders: Help clients stay on track with medications without administering them.
  • Companionship: Build meaningful relationships through conversations, hobbies, and shared activities.
Monitoring and Reporting
  • Stay alert to changes in a client’s health, behavior, or mood, and communicate updates to our office team or family members.

Who You Are
  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A compassionate individual with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
    • Ability to communicate with office staff, clients, and other caregivers through phone call, text, and email.
    • Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
  • Experienced in caregiving? Great If not, family caregiver counts, and we’ll train you.
    • Training Excellence:
      • Hands-on training at our Center of Excellence, a mock-home environment for real-life practice.
      • Monthly online training sessions, including dementia care, chronic conditions, hospice, and more
  • A valid driver’s license holder with reliable transportation.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical caregiver tasks.
  • Able to pass background checks and drug screenings.
Scheduling Options

We know life isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why we offer:

  • Shifts of 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, and 12 hours.
  • Daytime, evening, overnight, weekday, and weekend shifts.
  • Customizable schedules to fit your lifestyle.
