Key Duties:
  • Perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, based on physician orders.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during all imaging procedures.
  • Accurately position patients and choose appropriate imaging techniques for the best outcomes.
  • Operate and maintain radiologic equipment in compliance with safety guidelines.
  • Assess and confirm the quality and precision of imaging results.
Qualifications:
  • Certification in Radiography from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Connecticut state licensure or the ability to obtain it.
  • Previous experience as a Radiologic Technologist is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of radiologic safety practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
