Role: CRM Project Manager/Non-Technical Business Systems Analyst

Location: Warren, MI (Day One onsite- Hybrid, the team is in office three days per week)

  • The main function of a Business Systems Analyst is to perform the analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of all applications
  • CRM Project Manager
  • Data processing background helpful but not necessary (Siebel).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written 10/10. Energetic, process driven, proactive. Outgoing people person. Pleasant to be around. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs
  • This role is going to require the individual to work closely with GM Brands.
  • This person will be responsible for attending regular occurring meetings.
  • Working with closely with GM IT to manage process of lead capture and fulfillment.
  • Will be going into resource site set by GM IT.
  • Reporting, data evaluation.
  • The team meets with GM IT three types a week to discuss lead process and improvements.
  • Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
  • Gathers requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers
  • Prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
  • Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities
  • Supports one or more highly complex business processes
  • Works on multiple projects as a project team member
Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

• PMI or PMP certification preferred, not required.

• 5-7 years' experience required.

Skills:

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

• Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.

• Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

• Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

• Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
