Kerrville, TX is hiring RNs This is a Psych/Behavioral Health facility working with patients with psychiatric and intellectual disabilities.

Duties: Passing meds, assessments, charting, Patient Care, Overseeing LPNs

Need: Psych RN with minimum 1 year experience

Must have no past misdemeanors or past discipline on license

Location: Kerrville, TX

Length of Contract: 26 or 52 weeks

Approximate start date: 1st and 16th of each month

Pay: $45-50/HR

Shifts:    2:30P-11P or 10:30P-7A. We can also accommodate two sixteen hour shifts from 2:30P-7A with one eight hour shift on the 2:30P-11P OR the 10:30P-7A shift.

Job Duties:

  • Work involves providing for the assessment, care and treatment of patients
  • Perform computer data entry – Receive full training g
  • Administers medications, immunizations, and treatment and observes individuals for unusual symptoms and reactions

Job Requirements for all candidates:

  • Must be licensed RN and able to practice in Texas
  • Preferably 2+ years as a direct care nurse
  • Charge nurse or supervisory experience is preferred
  • Experience needs to be hospital acute care, LTC, community clinics, public health, etc. (not Home Health or School Nurse)
