Your Opportunity:

As a Senior Security Engineer for Endpoint Solutions, you will oversee the implementation, coordination, migration, and onboarding of our Netskope Endpoint DLP solution. You will be a key member of our diverse information security team, employing your systems security skills to maintain complex security systems that meet our organizational goals, stakeholder protection needs, and compliance requirements. You will report to the Vice President of Infrastructure Security.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage the Netskope Endpoint DLP solution.
  • Monitor security systems to detect and respond to incidents effectively.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and address potential weaknesses.
  • Ensure endpoint security systems are configured and maintained according to best practices and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with network and systems administrators to integrate endpoint security solutions into our comprehensive security strategy.
  • Research and evaluate emerging security technologies, making recommendations for implementation.
  • Provide end-user training and support for effective endpoint security solution usage.
  • Engage in incident response efforts and help manage security incidents.
  • Stay updated on the latest security trends and maintain technical expertise in endpoint security.
  • Document run books and policies as needed.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and processes.
  • Utilize risk-driven metrics to report on progress and system health.
  • Manage the ticket queue while adhering to change management procedures.
  • Communicate effectively about issues, risks, and recommendations for enhancing system security.

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise-wide Endpoint Detection and Response technology adoption.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Netskope.
  • 3+ years as a systems engineer in a medium to large-scale organization (preferably in Financial Services).
  • Proven experience in advanced cybersecurity tasks, including conducting root cause analysis through log correlation and threat indicator identification.
  • Expertise in security management, architecture, audits, and administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant security industry certifications such as CISSP, SSCP, CISM, or Security+.
