We are seeking a versatile and skilled IT Technician with a strong background in building management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems, networks, and infrastructure, as well as overseeing the operation and maintenance of building facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise in IT support and building management, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions
  • Manage and maintain IT inventory, including procurement, tracking, and disposal of equipment
  • Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
  • Coordinate and oversee repairs, upgrades, and renovations of building facilities
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for IT services, equipment, and building maintenance
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide support during off-hours as needed
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends related to IT and building management
To be a qualified candidate you must have the following:
  • 2 year or 4-year degree is good but not required
  • Proven experience in IT support, network administration, and system troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking technologies
  • Familiarity with building management systems and facilities operations
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards is desirable
