Care IV Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health agency in Russellville, AR seeking a part-time or PRN Speech Therapist to join our esteemed team. Requirements:
- Speech Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist actively licensed in the state of Arkansas.
- Previous acute ST or SLP experience
- A minimum of three professional references on the application or upon initial contact.
- Visit patients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living facilities
- Creating speech therapy care plans, performing ST, documenting/charting patient progress, updating the Registered Nurse (RN) Director on patient status, admitting/discharging patients, etc.
- Other ST/SLP duties as assigned
