Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with a strong focus on backend development (70%) and some frontend capabilities (30%). The ideal candidate will have experience in building scalable, reusable, and customizable components while working with modern cloud platforms and technologies. This role requires a strong understanding of both backend and frontend systems, with a preference for candidates familiar with React and microservice architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software systems that provide telemetry and analytics for enterprise device and conference room technology environments.

• Develop code for data collection and processing, and create and optimize self-healing workflows.

• Work closely with hardware teams to integrate technologies and devices for telemetry data (e.g., audio/video equipment).

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for monitoring and managing telemetry systems.

• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure software reliability and performance; implement automated testing frameworks where applicable.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software development designs, APIs, and user guides.

• Continuously monitor and optimize telemetry systems to handle large data volumes efficiently.

• Ensure software systems comply with security and data privacy regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience in backend development with expertise in Node.js, Express, ReactJS, JavaScript, SQL/MySQL/MSSQL, and REST services.

• Experience building responsive, cross-browser-compatible, high-performance micro-frontend web applications.

• Hands-on experience in cloud platforms (Azure), GCP, Git, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.

• Strong experience with messaging platforms like Kafka.

• Proficient in working with SQL databases and familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., Cosmos DB, Graph DB).

• Experience with microservice architecture and hands-on skills to prototype technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leveraging AI/ML for custom models.

• Experience with device telemetry and hardware integrations is a plus.

Primary Skills:

• Backend development with Node.js, Express, SQL, REST services.

• Frontend development with ReactJS.

• Cloud platforms (Azure, GCP), Jenkins, Kubernetes.

• Kafka messaging platform.

Education: Bachelors Degree
