We're hiring a Dishwasher Lead to Live. Work. Explore. at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon
Job Summary:
Lead in proper cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dishes, pots/pans, utensils and glassware.
The Details:
Position Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
Pay: $15.75 per hour
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

- Carry out the assignments given by the Manager and/or Assistant Managers.
- Assist in the training of new Kitchen Utility employees and keep management informed of training progress.
- Clean and sanitize all cooking utensils, dishware, pots/pans, and work areas.
- Clean and organize back dock including surrounding areas.
- Clean and sanitize work areas including the pot/pan sink.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors, break room areas, floors, employee restrooms, walls and shelves including walk-ins.
- Take out trash and clean trash receptacles.
- Restock dishes, paper towels, trash liners and miscellaneous stock items.
- Complete opening and closing shift side duties.
- Wear required personal protective equipment while performing tasks.
- Adhere to all safety risk management and environmental policies while performing tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to physically stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work around high temperatures, cleaning detergents and chemicals.
