Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting all outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and verify that items match the specified quantities. You will use any identified errors as coaching opportunities to guide the order-picking team and will report and document these errors to the Manager or Assistant Manager. Your duties will also include assisting with the picking, packing, and shipping of orders that arrive before the daily cutoff time. Maintaining a safe and compliant work environment is crucial, and you will be required to use certified equipment. Additionally, you will need to adapt to frequent changes in workload while ensuring that your workspace remains clean and organized.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of warehouse experience.
  • Certification in an order picker and other mobile equipment; experience with Turret Trucks, Reach Trucks, and Order Pickers is a plus.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong English communication skills; Spanish language skills are a bonus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of shipping, receiving, and warehouse safety techniques.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 lbs. regularly and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
