This position also provides direct resident care. Provides educational services to the Facility. Implement an educational curriculum that correlates with the needs, as identified of the Administrator, DON, ADON, and regulatory agencies. Assist with Admissions, Transfers and Discharges, and help coordinate facility health care services such as dental, mental health, and podiatry. Collaborate with physicians and other members of the health care team including but not limited to daily cluster calls, facilitating end-of-shift reporting, etc. Evaluate/research resident care issues to effectively drive outcomes and establish policies/procedures.
