Sutter Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist II for a position in Orinda, California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting occupational therapy programs to help rehabilitate individuals with impairments due to illness, injury, or developmental issues. In addition, the role involves completing patient evaluations and tests, updating patient care plans, coordinating patient care with other providers, and providing clinical supervision to assistants and aides.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of accredited occupational therapy program
  • Active OT-Occupational Therapist license
  • BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification
  • 2 years of recent relevant experience
  • Proficient in computer and required technology

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent professional communication skills
  • Ability to work in demanding environments and handle multiple priorities

Work Schedule: Varied, full-time position with rotating weekends
