Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too - driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good - you've come to the right place.

As a Senior Wellbeing Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's global wellbeing strategy. This role goes beyond analysis and subject matter expertise-it requires strategic leadership, program ownership, and cross-functional collaboration at a high level to drive measurable impact. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing key wellbeing initiatives that enhance employee resilience, support high-growth regions, and prepare the workforce for the future. You have proven expertise in influencing senior stakeholders, negotiating with vendors, and translating complex data into compelling business narratives, while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, HRBPs, and the business on Wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Global Wellbeing Programs with Measurable Impact

  • Oversee and optimize select wellbeing programs end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

  • Conduct annual vendor evaluations, including developing measurable evaluation frameworks, analyze market trends and benchmark, lead contract negotiations, and manage budgets with a focus on measurable ROI.

  • Own RFx processes, ensuring program effectiveness and service improvements tied to business needs.

2. Develop AI-Ready Workforce Wellbeing Strategies

  • Design and implement new solutions that address employee wellbeing and burnout in the context of AI-driven workplace transformation.

  • Build a targeted strategic plan for high-impact business groups, ensuring global consistency with regional relevance.

  • Track and analyze progress through GIS survey data and vendor analytics, reporting bi-annually the outcomes and recommended actions to executive leadership.

3. Expand Wellbeing in High-Growth Countries

  • Lead the launch of at least two country-specific wellbeing initiatives per year, in partnership with Benefits, ESBPs, GRBPs, and H&S.

  • Ensure initiatives are globally connected but locally relevant, measuring outcomes through GIS survey results and other impact assessments.

4. Drive Executive-Level Data Insights & Reporting

  • Establish and report on key wellbeing KPIs quarterly, demonstrating clear improvements in engagement, resilience, and productivity.

  • Publish an annual wellbeing impact report that influences business decisions and investment in wellbeing programs.

5. Translate Data into Strategic Business Narratives

  • Create executive-level presentations that distill complex wellbeing data into actionable insights.

  • Independently craft high-impact decks that tell compelling, data-driven stories tailored to senior stakeholders.

  • Deliver at least one high-visibility presentation per quarter that drives business decisions.

6. Scale & Embed Wellbeing Training

  • Partner with ESBPs, GRBPs, and L&D to integrate wellbeing into business-facing leadership and manager training.

  • Lead at least four enablement sessions annually, ensuring training is strategic, scalable, and business-relevant.

  • Leverage Wellbeing expertise to continuously evolve in-house training programs to keep them industry-leading and high-impact.

7. Own & Advance the Global Mental Health & Wellbeing Playbook

  • Maintain and enhance the Global Wellbeing Playbook, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and strategic alignment.

  • Drive a self-service adoption rate of at least 75%, with long-term automation considerations.

Requirements

  • 10-12+ years of experience in workplace wellbeing, organizational development, HR business partnership, strategy consulting, or program management, with a proven track record of operating independently, leading global initiatives and driving measurable results.

  • Strong organization and execution skills, with the ability to quickly turn strategy into action, manage multiple initiatives, and drive measurable impact in a matrixed organization.

  • Experience leading global, cross-cultural wellbeing programs, ensuring alignment with regional needs and tracking engagement, adoption, and business impact.

  • Ability to analyze data from multiple sources (GIS surveys, vendor metrics, business KPIs) and translate insights into actionable strategies and leadership recommendations.

  • Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

  • Experience developing and managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing budgets to optimize resources and drive ROI.

  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling business cases for senior leaders.

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, HR teams, and external partners to drive adoption and investment in wellbeing initiatives.

  • Experience working with ES, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Communications to align wellbeing programs with company policies and business objectives.

  • Ability to adapt and reprioritize quickly based on changing business needs while maintaining focus on long-term wellbeing strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing AI-driven solutions to improve workforce resilience, streamline wellbeing programs, or enhance operational efficiency.

  • Experience developing and scaling innovative wellbeing solutions, ensuring they are practical, measurable, and aligned with business needs.

  • Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs, working across multiple teams to align efforts and deliver results.

  • Strong experience in contract negotiations and RFx processes to ensure strategic vendor selection and cost-effective program management.

  • Background in behavioral science, positive psychology, or human-centered design as applied to workplace wellbeing initiatives.

  • Prior experience with organizational change management, helping teams navigate and adopt new wellbeing initiatives effectively.
