TSMC Arizona's Central Startup Team (CST) is responsible for fab module tool installation and start-up hookup planning as well as facility design. Our team is looking for a CST Tool Install Engineer to join our 5-nanometer fab, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. As a CST Tool Install Engineer, you will demonstrate a strong sense of reliability and enthusiasm and will possess an attitude that embodies our core values - Integrity, Commitment, Innovation and Customer Trust.

Job Description:

Your main responsibilities include:
  • Work experience with gas/chemical/electricity hookup installation for semiconductor tools.
  • Familiar with semiconductor equipment installation procedure.
  • Accountable for executing projects.
  • Help on schedule, plan, and conduct project meetings.
  • Trace project and able to monitor status and summarize key message.
  • Prepare the report with quality and timely delivery.
  • Able to communicate with various stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
  • Hookup technical skill and abilities needed to perform the job; preferred having experience with Facility engineering or Fab. start-up and trades management experience.
  • Willingness to be disciplined approach to the work.
  • Technical ability and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex equipment problems and address the root cause.
  • Willingness to Aim for inspired work; creating new ideas and finding actions that make a difference.
  • Expertise to Focus on activities that provide huge positive impacts.
  • Cross team communication skills.
