    - Coordination with St. Luke s Hospice Program with potential for integrated coverage

  • Will join a Board certified Palliative Care physician to provide care primarily in an outpatient clinic setting

  • Includes inpatient consults at St. Luke s Hospital where a majority of inpatients are treated by an employed hospitalist group; current Palliative Care physician serves as Director, Palliative Care Services at St. Luke s Hospital

  • Supported by a multidisciplinary team including an advanced nurse practitioner, nurse clinician, social workers, chaplains and other allied health personnel

  • Call one weekend per month and alternating with current physician during the week

    ST. LUKE S MEDICAL GROUP (SLMG) is affiliated with St. Luke's Hospital and employs 150 primary care and specialists physicians in addition to forty nurse practitioners/physician assistants. Patients are served at over 45 practice sites in St. Louis and St. Charles Counties. These physicians represent 26 different specialties with over 55,000 monthly patient visits. The physicians participate in most insurance plans including some value-based arrangements.
