About the Role / Position Summary

The Portfolio Management Analyst is accountable for ensuring accurate portfolio management for institutional clients for which FEG has discretion.

What You'll Do / Position Responsibilities

Model Management
  • Ensure accurate model data across Black Diamond, Power BI, and FactSet.
  • Review and monitor client accounts for their adherence to Investment Policy Statement (IPS) guidelines.
  • Monitor current positioning versus targets and recommend rebalancing actions.
Data Management
  • Track client Investment Policy Statements (IPS) used for model management and GIPS composite construction.
  • Calculate model portfolio performance.

What We Expect / Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business preferred. For certain positions, we accept a high school diploma, GED, or National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC).
  • 2+ years' work experience in the investment management industry.
  • Familiarity with portfolio management systems.
  • Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems with minimal guidance.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn proprietary software.

2As of June 30,2024, Assets under Advisement (AUA) include discretionary and non-discretionary assets of FEG and its affiliated entities. These assets are typically non-discretionary. Some asset values may not be readily available at the most recent quarter-end; therefore, the previous quarter's values were used and may be higher or lower depending on current market conditions. Of the $82.2bn in AUA, FEG's total assets under management (AUM) of $14.5bn includes discretionary ($12.4bn) and non-discretionary AUM ($1.1bn).
