Quality Data Analyst

Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining quality assurance direction and tasking.
  • Assist in outreach to other areas of TSA for quality assurance data reporting.
  • Ability to analyze a process and understand the data collected from it.
  • Maintain and update quality assurance SOPs routinely.
  • Responsible for the analysis of quality assurance data in the monthly reports based on data pulls.
  • Creating Excel pivot tables, charts, graphs, formulas and macros.
  • Responsible for status reporting - monthly PMR, mid-month reports, weekly status recap, daily team tasks.
  • Perform data quality analysis of deliverables and documents.
  • Review cases and provide feedback to the Team.
Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Ability to work onsite 1 day per week in Colorado Springs, CO (remote 4 days a week)
  • Previous DHS or TSA experience (active DHS highly desired)
  • Must have 2+ years demonstrated knowledge and experience in Quality Management and Process Improvement
  • Strong MS Product skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical skills - must be able to analyze Excel data or a chart/graph and form evaluative statements for presentation to TSA Senior Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
