About the role: As the Analytics Analyst, you will serve clients and support Operations in delivering a relevant, concise, and clear message of site performance. The ideal candidate will be skilled at data analysis, problem solving, and data visualization. Natural curiosity, problem solving skills, prioritization skills, and ability to uncover data stories is a requirement for this role.

Essential Functions:  

  • Collaborate with internal team members to deliver routine weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reports and ad hoc reports that illustrate program performance.
  • Using qualitative and quantitative data points, uncover data stories to aid in addressing business problems.
  • As part of the data storytelling process, convey relevant insights and recommendations to operations leadership.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy of all reporting deliverables.
  • Adhere to service level agreements to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing for new reports and/or metrics.
  • Create ad hoc and standard reports that adhere to Premise brand standards.
  • Work alongside a collaborative team to solve business problems.

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, healthcare, or analytics.
  • 1+ years as a data analyst within a healthcare organization preferred
  • Some experience with SQL Server preferred
  • Experience with a BI Visualization Tool (Qlik, Tableau, Power-BI, etc.) preferred

Preferred Experience: 

  • Natural curiosity that drives you to uncover stories hidden within data
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical aptitude
  • Ability to use statistical concepts to identify trends, find outliers, and summarize data
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with reviewing/analyzing large datasets within strict timelines
  • Ability to connect qualitative and quantitative information to uncover insights/recommendations to address business needs/problems
  • Familiarity with asking probing/clarifying questions to identify data elements required for reporting
  • Experience visualizing ad hoc reporting data to ensure alignment with intended audience
  • Ability to work effectively with management and as part of a collaborative team to meet business objectives
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication skills
