Job Description

The purpose of this role is to assist in the work of salvation and exaltation by providing individual contributor, intermediate level administrative support to one or more leader and/or one or more functional team or work group.

Employees at this level work under general supervision and handle moderately complex issues and problems that require solid administrative support working knowledge.

Responsibilities

The following may be included in your role, but is not limited to these responsibilities as determined by your region manager:
  • Run/create/update reports as needed
  • Facilitate job postings for staff positions
  • Be a resource for @work questions
  • Maintain region manager monthly vehicle mileage report
  • Arrange travel for region manager and other region personnel as needed
  • Complete monthly expense reports
  • Digitize operation training reviews
  • Create agendas and takes notes as needed
  • Compile store managers monthly schedules
  • Compile store and region data
  • Perform new employee provisioning
  • Maintain/update region Team site
  • Maintain/update store organization charts
  • Act as a resource for store admins as needed
  • Order office supplies
  • Track region computers
  • Collaborate with headquarters admins
  • Partner with headquarters admins in facilitating monthly admin training
  • Update staff directories
  • Communicate in person, through email, over the phone, and in online meetings
  • Handle other duties as assigned by region manager


Qualifications

Required:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years administrative or related experience
• Solid administrative support working knowledge

Key Skills include the ability to:
• Communicate professionally in writing and verbally.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other software at an intermediate level to schedule appointments, create and perform analysis on spreadsheets, prepare presentations, take notes and minutes, and create and update word documents.
• Operate and maintain standard office equipment.
• Problem solve and resolve moderately complex conflict and problems through sound decision making
• Organize and prioritize work and needs
• Understand and follow instructions.
• Interact and work with others in a productive and professional way.
• Work with discretion, confidentiality, and integrity
• To successfully perform the essential functions of the job there may be physical requirements which need to be met such as sitting for long periods of time, moving about the office to deliver mail and other items, and using computer monitors/equipment.
