Position Overview:

MLR Healthcare is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Technologist to join our dynamic laboratory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting a variety of laboratory tests and procedures, ensuring accurate results, and contributing to exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex laboratory tests and analyses in microbiology, hematology, chemistry, and blood banking.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results by following established protocols and quality control measures.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment, including routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results and provide recommendations for further testing when appropriate.
  • Document all procedures and results in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new staff and students.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
