Job Posting Summary Up to a $1,250 Sign-On bonus Baptist Health is looking for a Registered Nurse to add to the Stress Lab unit at our Baptist Medical Center South campus, located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a Part-Time, day shift opportunity. This Stress Lab RN will work 3 days a week, 8-hour shifts. As a Registered Nurse in our Stress Lab you will be responsible for: Assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation supervision of care provided by supportive personnel and coordination of care provided by ancillary services. Safely administers medications including narcotics and recognizes adverse effects. Providing care to patients who may be currently undergoing stress at that time. Anticipates needs of patient and intervenes appropriately. Monitors and reads EKGs and documents all pertinent information for session. Ability to read and interpret EKGs. Full/Part Time Part-Time Shift Details Days Education Required Associate's Degree - Nursing Education Preferred Bachelor's Degree - Nursing Experience 2 years Critical Care Experience Licenses and Certifications Basic Life Support (BLS) Required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required Conscious Sedation Certification Preferred Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) Preferred Licensed Registered Nurse Required Location Overview Opened in 2005 in southern Jacksonville, Baptist Medical Center South has doubled in size.
