- Job Description: The Data Entry Analyst is responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into Fusion Risk Management using existing business continuity documentation.
- They play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and quality of data by ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- They will also complete the handoff of the data entry in Fusion Risk Management to the business continuity leads to validate the information.
- Responsibilities: Enter data from various sources such as Microsoft Excel and Word into the Fusion Risk Management application.
- Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain data integrity by following established procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure data is entered in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Adhere to data entry standards and best practices.
- Validate the information entered in Fusion Risk Management with business continuity leads.
- Requirements:Experience with Salesforce required; Fusion Risk Management is preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field is required.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Bachelor's degree, no specific field of study
