As a Registered Nurse, your expertise and knowledge would be utilized to offer compassionate care to patients and their families, leaving a positive impact on their lives during challenging times. Your work setting would be in a healthcare facility, where you would collaborate with other healthcare professionals in developing and implementing personalized care plans for every patient. Your work would be varied and fulfilling, ranging from administering medication and keeping an eye on vital signs to offering emotional support and education to patients and their families.

Candidate requirements A nursing degree from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN) is necessary. Passing the NCLEX-RN exam is mandatory, preferably from a reputable institution (BRN). Candidates must undergo a criminal background check. Continuing education courses are required to maintain your license. Non-native English speakers may be asked to demonstrate proficiency. A minimum of two years of intensive care experience is essential. COVID vaccination is a requirement. Candidates must have ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications.
