Mobile Software Developer Montvale, NJ Hybrid Contract $68.83/hr - $73.83/hr Montvale, NJ based client is seeking a Mobile Software Developer for a hybrid, contract to hire role. Our client is looking for a Mobile Developer to join Ignition Tax Product, software engineering group responsible for building tools that enable teams of global accountants to perform complex tax and financial services for some of the worlds largest companies. As a member of the UI/UX team the Mobile Developer will be responsible for developing new features by translating design mockups into a functional user interface. They will also refactor existing features with a future-proof approach, research the latest practices in the Expo/React Native ecosystem and maintain a development environment with up-to-date tools. Additionally, the Mobile Developer will write and maintain clear documentation and Standard Operating Procedures, prepare and deliver presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences, collaborate with QA teams to test and create comprehensive test cases, enhance codebase resiliency, maximize application security and work with backend developers to design APIs for mobile use. We are looking for organized and communicative team players who will advocate for the user experience of our mobile software throughout its cooperative development with adjacent teams.
