We are looking for a dedicated and experienced attorney with at least 5 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft legal documents, and represent clients in court.
  • Negotiate settlements, participate in mediations and arbitrations for plaintiffs.
  • Establish strong client relationships, providing clear communication and support throughout legal proceedings.
  • Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the state bar association.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience handling plaintiff personal injury cases.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing personal injury claims, including litigation experience.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
